Vaulted ("the App") is developed and operated by KeoFlex LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Vaulted application.
Vaulted is designed from the ground up to be a privacy-first application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your personal or financial data. All data you enter into Vaulted remains exclusively on your device.
All features of Vaulted — including AI categorization, receipt scanning (OCR), spending analysis, recurring transaction detection, and budget tracking — are processed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. No data leaves your iPhone.
Your financial data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. The database file is protected with NSFileProtectionComplete, meaning it is encrypted and unreadable when your device is locked.
If you choose to enable iCloud Backup within the App's settings, your data will be synced via Apple's iCloud/CloudKit infrastructure. This data is encrypted by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We (KeoFlex LLC) never see or access this data.
Vaulted offers optional Face ID / Touch ID lock. Biometric data is processed by Apple's Secure Enclave on your device and is never accessible to Vaulted or KeoFlex LLC.
You may export your data as a CSV file using the iOS Share Sheet. This action is entirely user-initiated and the exported file goes only to the destination you choose.
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Because Vaulted collects no data at all, there is no risk of collecting children's data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
